TRIMERGE.SYSTEMS（以下「当方」）は、iPhone向けアプリ「GorillaWiFi」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者の情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおり定めます。
1. 収集する情報
本アプリは、利用者の個人情報を収集しません。アカウント登録もありません。WiFiの情報、測定結果、手入力した内容、設定値などを当方や第三者のサーバーへ送信することは一切ありません。
2. 端末の機能へのアクセス
- 位置情報：iOSの仕様上、接続中のWiFiの名前（SSID）を表示するために許可が必要です。現在地そのものは取得・保存・送信しません。
- ネットワーク：接続中のWiFiの応答の速さを測るため、公開サーバー（1.1.1.1）へ短い接続を行います。この接続で個人を特定する情報やWiFiの情報を送ることはありません。
3. データの保存
測定した場所の記録、手入力した周辺WiFiの情報、設定値は端末内にのみ保存され、本アプリを削除すると消去されます。
4. 広告・解析ツール
本アプリは広告や利用状況の解析ツール、トラッキングを使用していません。
5. 第三者への提供
本アプリは情報を収集しないため、第三者へ提供することはありません。
6. TestFlight によるテスト配信について
TestFlight でテスト版を利用する場合、Apple がクラッシュ情報や利用者が送信したフィードバックを当方に提供することがあります。これらはアプリの改善のみに使用します。詳しくは Apple のプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。

GorillaWiFi Privacy Policy

This policy explains how TRIMERGE.SYSTEMS ("we") handles information in the iPhone app "GorillaWiFi" (the "App").
1. Information we collect
The App does not collect any personal information and has no accounts. WiFi information, measurements, manually entered data, and settings are never sent to us or to any third party.
2. Device permissions
- Location: iOS requires this permission to show the name (SSID) of the connected WiFi network. Your actual location is never read, stored, or sent.
- Network: to measure how quickly the connected WiFi responds, the App makes short connections to a public server (1.1.1.1). No personal or WiFi information is sent.
3. Data storage
Saved spot measurements, manually entered nearby WiFi information, and settings are stored only on your device and are removed when you delete the App.
4. Ads and analytics
The App contains no advertising, analytics, or tracking.
5. Sharing with third parties
Because the App collects no information, nothing is shared with third parties.
6. TestFlight beta testing
If you use a beta version through TestFlight, Apple may share crash reports and feedback you choose to send with us. We use them only to improve the App. See Apple's privacy policy for details.
